My radio is dead. Tried pulling the fuse, disconnecting battery, taken it out and checked all connections. Ford have no idea. Took the radio out and put in a brand new one still no good. Power getting to it and earth is fine. Have tried everything any suggestions?

Do you replace all the fuses?

My radio died too. I am just getting an aftermarket radio and dash kit installed instead. It is less expensive for me to get my tunes back. I have been riding around with a wireless bluetooth speaker since last year. I'm getting that taken care of today.

Same here in a 2010 WS. Died over a year ago. Couldn't find a replacement as it's the basic unit with no bluetooth. (type 1 in owners handbook)

I'm mid install with an aerpro fascia kit and a 7" android head unit.

Now the power wires have gone dead. Fuse is OK for the radio.

Has me stumped.

AUX fuse behind the glovebox on a 2009-2010 WS supplies power to radio. I have no idea what the radio fuse does then, lol.
